All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack all my orders one day a week.

Orders are shipped from Canada. After receiving your “shipped” status email, please allow 1-2 weeks if you are ordering from Canada, 2-3 weeks if you are ordering from the US, or up to 3 months if you are ordering international depending where you live (sorry! shipping is such a pain — thank you for your patience :’)).

If you have waited longer than the above wait times and you believe your order is missing, please reach out via email and I’ll do my best to figure it out!

Please check your junk folder! Sometimes they get stuck there. If it’s still lost, you can email me and I will try to find it for you!

Unfortunately, not — please place your orders mindfully as I do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Thank you for understanding!

If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. I do everything I can to pack all of my orders carefully, but unfortunately, once I ship off orders they are out of my control.

If it has been longer than the shipping times listed above (see: “when will my order arrive?” question) and you believe your package is missing, you can reach out to me via email and we can try to sort something out. Missing packages usually make their way back to me.

So sorry! Sometimes I can make mistakes while packing, please send me an email and I’ll be sure to ship out your missing items as soon as I can.

Depending on where you are ordering to, you may have additional customs fees/taxes on your order that you will need to pay in order to receive your package. Most international orders will make it through customs without additional fees (depending on the value of the order and what country you are in).

Any additional taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by my product costs/shipping fees. If you do not pay the fees, your order will be returned to me and you will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs.

If you are ordering from the EU/UK, please note that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. I, Leetia Lyons (Leechuts) will not be responsible for collecting and remitting VAT taxes.

This shipping option is available for individual sticker-only orders! Because stickers are small I can send them as standard mail, which is cheaper than other shipping options.

Please note that if you’d like your stickers shipped via Sticker Mail, there will be no tracking available and the stickers will be sent in a normal, non-reinforced envelope with a “do not bend” stamp.

Sticker mail unfortunately does not apply to sticker sheets.
