Inspired by the women that raised them, Chef Mike Pigot and Restaurateur James Martin wanted to create an inviting space with the atmosphere of a lively dinner party at mom's. We created a brand that embodied the simple hospitality of being welcomed to a dinner table surrounded by people you love, indulging in decadent plates and one bottle of wine after another.

With a balance of elegant minimalism in the brand design and lively maximalism in the space itself, being known for it's excellent dishes and big-hearted service, Pat & Betty has made a name for itself amongst a busy district of already-established restaurants in Calgary.
